Good location with nearby taxi station, restaurants, and banks. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the doorman and Leonardo. Communication may be challenging due to limited English spoken, but friendly gestures and basic Portuguese can go a long way. Accommodated a 2-day stay during Carnival, which was a rare find compared to other hotels.

We stayed at this hotel near the airport and had a decent experience. The room was basic but spacious enough for three people. The bathroom was a bit small and could have used more towels. The breakfast selection was strange with mostly cakes, but it served our quick needs. The staff tried their best to communicate in English.
Not all reception staff spoke fluent English.

The staff was friendly and allowed us to do an early check-in. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean. The location was convenient, with a mall and market nearby.

I loved the location of this hotel, it was close to the international airport with decent reviews. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and always available. The room amenities, like the air conditioning and mini-bar, were top-notch. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast at the on-site restaurant. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxation, and the sun terrace had beautiful views. The free Wi-Fi and on-site car park were convenient additions. this place provided a comfortable stay with excellent services.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.
